Metro is a free Dutch newspaper, distributed daily since 1999. It was formerly owned by Metro International and was taken over by the Telegraaf Media Group in 2012. Metro is the country's second-largest newspaper, with a daily circulation of about 460.000. Its political alignment is considered right-wing.
